The Partner Engagement Manager will have the following responsibilities:

As a Partner Engagement Manager, you are responsible for adding value to Bespin by developing and managing strong relationships with partners. You will be an extension of our sales team with the main objective of increasing long-term revenues as well as establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with all key partners. 



- Establish, build, and maintain productive strategic relationships with key contacts (sales, partner management, customer engineering, and executives) at all major Cloud Services Providers (CSP) including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

- Own and manage all facets of the channel and partner ecosystem management and produce a direct impact on sales growth through constant engagements with partners.

- Manage partnerships and develop strategies to generate leads and opportunities from CSPs and partners.

- Work closely with the leadership team to evaluate existing relationships, build partner development strategies, and execute against the strategies.

- Coordinate with internal resources and external partners to manage BDR efforts  to fill top of sales funnel systematically and consistently

- Work closely with sales and marketing on all joint sell with and go-to-market activities with partners

- Aid and manage CSPs’ funding programs and deal registrations.

- Prepare and lead regular alignment meetings with key partners. 

- Drive monthly, quarterly progress towards strategic sales goals within a joint business plan.

- Develop annual strategic plans and performance goals for each CSPs.

- Research, identify, and establish new partnership opportunities with new and upcoming key players in the cloud technology industry.

Basic Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or strategic deal teams, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving successful programs.

- Existing professional network with top CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- 3+ years of experience in Cloud technology and/or Cloud MSP industries.

- Experience working as a Channel, Partner, or Alliance Manager preferably working with AWS, Google or Azure.

- Outstanding relationship building skills across internal and partner shareholders.

- Experience with partnership negotiations and technical acumen to define the joint strategy for the strategic initiatives.

- Excellent English communication (written and verbal), presentation, problem solving, and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Direct or indirect SaaS, professional and managed services, and/or cloud sales experience.

- Deep understanding of CSPs’ key programs such as AWS MAP.

- Strong project management experience with organizational and analytical skills
